OFFICIAL PAGEANT RULES

ELIGIBILITY

1. Tiny Tot Contestants must be ages 2 & under day of event. 
2. Sweetheart Contestants must be ages 3-4 day of event.
3. Princess Contestants must be ages 5-7 years old day of event.
4. Doll Contestants must be 8-10 years old day of event.
5. Misses Contestants must be 11-12 years old day of event
6. Contestants shall waiver liability.
7. Contestants & PARENTS must agree to abide by pageant rules with the possibility of disqualification for infractions.
8. A COMPLETED entry package must be submitted.
9. All fees must be paid in full upon submission of completed application

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Contestants must conduct themselves in a proper lady-like manner and portray high moral standards.
2. Each contestant is required to submit a non-refundable entry fee (before she can proceed).
3. Contestants must sign a waiver agreement and release of liability forms, and complete the application form upon entering the program workshops & rehearsal (TBA)
4. Contestants must provide their own transportation to and from workshops/rehearsals.
5. Contestants must provide their own wardrobe and follow guidelines on the wardrobe for event.
6. Contestants must submit at least 1 digital head with their application. 
7. Each contestant is required to sell minimum of three tickets (3) tickets. If there is more than one contestant participating in this event family discounts are provided, three or more the youngest contestant will be omitted from mandatory ticket sales.
8. All unsold tickets and all proceeds from ticket sales must be turned in no later than one weeks befor event.  (Tickets may be more at the door).
9. Contestants are responsible for all tickets and the proceeds from those that are assigned to them.
10. Contestants will compete in size order / by divisions.
11. All decisions of the judges are final.  Individual scores may be requested after the pageant. 
12. Rudeness toward the judges, other contestants, and/or pageant coordinators by contestants or contestants’ parents will not be tolerated automatic disqualification.
13. Be sure to read all of the rules and regulations and be sure that you understand everything.  If you do not understand, call or ask pageant staff.
14. The Soyta Program / Trio Entertainment expects each contestant to display the highest degree of sportsmanship during the pageant and following coronation.  Unsportsmanlike conduct by contestants or parents will not be tolerated.  It could result in the contestant being disqualified.

JUDGING GUIDELINES

Contestants will be judged by the following: Personality, Confidence, Overall Appearance, Talent, Impromptu, Creativity, and Coordination.

Judges will be aware of current  fashions and styles.  Attire needed includes (1) Formal Dress and (1) Creative Piece of theme chosen. 

Judging will begin from the time contestant checks in until the conclusion of the pageant Saturday evening judging time.

This is not a clothing contest. Judges are not interested in name brand clothes.  Clothing that is neat, fit properly, and age appropriate is what the judges will be looking for.  

The Objective of the Little Miss Trio Beauty Pageant is  

• To introduce the stage to young girls eager to become future performers.

The Overall Goal of Little Miss Trio Beauty Pageants is

• To welcome and encourage girls who are new to pageantry
• To educate them in ways that will enhance their knowledge and skills both inside and outside the world of entertaiment.
